Add customer details and report branding
Set the report identity, choose its theme and add your workshop’s saved logo.

Identify the project
Apply the job, open Costing and select PDF Reports. Enter Sign Company and Company Contact Details, then Project title / reference, Customer, Site and Revision as appropriate. Check Design Status before sharing the document. These report details belong to the job, so save the .tmst file to retain them.
Choose the presentation
Customer & Planning Theme offers Modern and Traditional. Review Main schedule heading and Schedule description if you need to replace the automatic wording for the quoted work. Include lighting details in planning report controls the optional technical lighting information in that report.
Prepare the company logo
Choose Company Logo Settings to open Settings, then expand Company Logo for Tray PDFs. Use Choose PNG Logo, then Fit Whole Logo or the Zoom, Horizontal Position and Vertical Position controls to frame it. Choose Save Cropped Logo to save the result in the workshop setup. Logo import accepts PNG files.
Include the logo in this job
Return to PDF Reports and select Include saved company logo. The report keeps a job-owned copy when the logo is included. A saved job can therefore retain an earlier logo even if the workshop logo later changes. To use the current workshop logo instead, clear Include saved company logo, then select it again and check the result before saving.
Choose pictures and their positions
Open PDF Report Editor to assign saved mock ups or retained job images to the cover and photo pages. Review the actual PDF preview and choose Apply to keep the layout. Return to the report fields to check the customer name, title, design status and branding together, then save the job.
Choose the appropriate document
Planning PDF contains selected visuals, dimensions and optional lighting details without financial figures. Summary Quote PDF and Detailed Quote PDF use the customer selling figures and require complete pricing. Internal Cost PDF contains company information; check the chosen report and exported contents before sharing a file.
