Fascias, backing trays and sheet layouts

Review fascia legs, backing choices and how parts use the sheet.

Work through each fascia leg

Choose the fascia wrap settings and check the dimensions and artwork for each leg. Confirm corner angles and end returns against your survey; check the applied result after editing.

Add the backing

Enable Include Backing Tray when required. Select its material, sheet dimensions and nesting settings. Review the backing separately from the face tray.

Review stock use

Inspect Packed sheets and the backing layout. Panel orientation, part gap and sheet-edge clearance affect the result. Review seams, panel splits and transport constraints for the actual workshop process.

Understand preview limits

The development build’s closed-backing 3D fit remains under review. Its model warning reflects unresolved calibration and contact assumptions. Do not change drilling or production geometry solely to make the preview appear to fit.

Before manufacture

Check the warnings and exported machining geometry in your CAM workflow. A 3D image alone does not verify material behaviour, bend allowance or physical assembly.

Follow the Cohens example

The Cohens example shows the current face-sheet, acrylic and backing views of the saved job. Compare each manufacturing view with the same applied design. The completed-installation photograph is shown separately from those calculated layouts.
